I did not compare as there is no comparison to here and where I used to live! It was more to see family and friends that had not come out here and who never will. Is that ok with you? ;)

We only just went back at Christmas for the first time after being here 7 years. It was an eye opener to say the least everyone seemed to be in the same position to a point... same attitude and such...

I know at hubbys work they have gone quiet and have laid off around 10 people with more to come :unsure: this is here in Maitland NSW and Mackay Queensland.
Hubby has even said in the last 7 years...
