Well, I can't vouch for the deportation and criminal proceedings part, we just had paperwork done by her on a fairly straight forward I-130, but I liked her attitude.

Where are you from?? We DCF'd in South Africa earlier this year and it took 33 days. Not all countries will do it for a non-resident USC tho....
