Kinder Morgan has a right of way from 50 years ago but unfortunately, a lot has changed since then. Like development.

The City of Burnaby is opposed. Can they build a pipeline if the city refuses...

My experience with management has been very positive in my industry (but again, it's an industry with a war for talent. Not that I'm talented at all, but a lot of my coworkers ARE)....
