Re: TB - list of high risk countries

Just wanted to come back to this one to say I was granted my 457 today. No requests for further info, medicals/xrays or PCCs. Reading threads on other forums seems to have lots of UK applicants who...

Re: Friends Tourist Visa rejected

Your reply beautifully illustrates your character. You quite clearly have either not read or understood my posts. And I thought Pollyanna had instructed us to stop this bickering?

OT posts from tourist visa thread

Correct me if I'm wrong but the OP requested help. Perhaps if there is nothing of use to say, it would be best to comment elsewhere, where you may have a usefull comment?

Re: TB - list of high risk countries

Thank you for your reply and I respect your experience and agree. It would be fair to say that the form I linked to does imply no medicals unless special circumstances (though I accept they can ask...

Re: TB - list of high risk countries

No. If you are from a low risk country, and you are staying for less or more than 12mths, you do NOT need any xrays unless you are under special circumstances (hospital/school/medical worker). Does...

Re: 175 visa..... Am i the only one?

Going on my 457 visa whilst I wait for the 175 to be processed. Don't have a CO yet and could be another 12mths for all I know (if not more!). I'm going to take a risk a front load my medicals and...

Re: Cat-3 . Should I get my PCC done ?

Yes, the clearance date issue is worth mention, but it is a calculated risk which is worth taking for many people, depending on circumstances.

Question re Form 80?

I've just had a minor panic in that I'm not sure I submitted a form 80 when I applied online for a 175 schedule 3 in May 09. I don't yet have a CO. Will it be ok to complete it now and submit it or...

Re: Cat-3 . Should I get my PCC done ?

As the OP has no CO he will not have been asked to submit them.

Question Help with timing of medicals please.

Hi there! We applied for a 175 schedule 3 visa in May 09, and so I predict (accepting that things can change!) that the visa will get going around May this year (so far processing not started/no CO)....
