Unfortunately Mental health services get lost in the middle of the private/public mish mash of health care provision.
No one really wants to deal with the seriously mentally ill.

Clinical psychologist positions are not particularly well paid. Many jobs are are for case managers and are usually open to MH nurses, psychologists or Social workers.......and the pay scales are...

Don't bank on it.....things are very difficult in Brisbane...there have been many cutbacks and redundancies and Queensland health have virtually stopped recruiting....beware of any agency that tells...
