Yes investors that have paid * ridiculous * prices will most certainly catch a cold (in the short term anyway), but those who had their heads screwed on and didn't buy at silly prices should...

Look if it suites jdr or anyone else then that is something for them, I am not criticizing jdr or anyone else for renting their property, hell I have done it in the past because it suited me... but...

I think at the end of the day this is false economy (as long as you are not payng nutters prices for the property to buy it, even if you are elderly then at least it could be passed onto off spring...

Unfortunately the bad press generally rubs off on them all, they all end up getting tarred with the same brush.

The best way is to avoid these agents and tell others to, but then there are those...

Many estate agents do this, it is one of 'their' tactics!, especially when they haven't got anything matching your criteria, they don't want to loose a possible client so they will show you anything....

This was actually very, very common up to a couple of years ago and not just to Brit's but to everyone, it was just the way things where done 'certainly here in the south anyway', people built...

Yes but you where buying and you have agreed to pay the price so the property is worth the price (at least to you), i.e. the property is only worth what a buyer will pay! or "a property is only worth...
