And yesterday the economy was reported to be in fine shape for the 23rd (24th ?) year in a row. growth 1.5 ytd projected at 3.5 for the year.

If you're a city person try for Sydney or Melbourne , they aren't London but they're both great places to live , Brisbane is , imo , possibly the crappiest town in the crappiest state in Australia. :)
