I chose Ottawa in 2009 and am glad I did. Research Kanata / Stittsville both in the west end of the City which is where I settled.

I have found on 1 of the 500 to-do lists in here something about arranging Class 3 NI contributions. What is this? Is this the case? any advice would as always be most welcome.
