Me and the family lived in The Gap for 2 years having moved across from Glasgow, we left in 2013 due to the downturn in the industry I work in.

Resoundingly no. Because of the 35% tax when you withdraw you'll end up paying more tax overall.

oops just seen it's gone up to 38% from this year, definitely not worth it.
