Re: Removal of conditions Part II

:) No problem, in a way I am relieved, this was like an endless waiting "cancer" at best. I am consulting with other lawyers also for advice about my strange case. So hopefully I will have some...

Re: 1751 waiver

Fizza:

About the 551 extension stamp: Recently, USCIS have been giving these stamps only for short periods of time, a couple of years back these stamps were given for a minimum of 1 year. I have...

Re: Removal of conditions Part II

The judge will review the waiver. No detailed denial or anything to that effect, no Notice Of Intent to Deny. All we got is the same "Termination of Conditional Residence" letter dated 2007.

What...

Re: Removal of conditions Part II

Hey Milan, no news yet.

The dark forces are stuck in their own labyrinth of decisions. They prematurely terminated my residence after mysteriously concluding that I am a fraudster. Then they were...

Re: Interview without husband.

No necessarily, a letter of vile can be a blessing, it can be a bane, all depends on the local DOA or investigator.

But in most circumstances, I would tend to think a rancid letter looks better...

Re: Interview without husband.

It all depends on the DAO. Be calm, polite and honest. Answer to the point trying not to get into the DOA's head. Final decisions can take days or even months after the interview, there in no way of...

Re: Interview without husband.

Normally the barrister submits copies and hands you the originals for your records. I don't think yours is a serious matter if you cannot get evidence previously submitted. Lawyers carry a briefcase...

Re: Green Card Interview help

Jeff:

The poster said - The interviewer was very picky about proving a "valid marriage"this is central focus of the interview at its face value.

People have come on VWP and visit visas,...

Re: Green Card Interview help

Its best for both of you'll to relax and wait for the decision. DAO's can be over zealous and picky, they can be laid back and foolish. Nothing of which indicate their final approval or denial of...

Re: Removal of conditions Part II

My wish is the same like yours: Approval at the end of the interview, with no more delay. People say - If wishes were horses, beggars would ride. So, lets wait and see.

From the USCIS, its the IJ...

Re: Removal of conditions Part II

Nice interviewer, very short interview and I was out in 15 minutes. Few questions, he spent more time studying the file by himself. Said that the decision will be mailed.

Re: I-751 in process, got arrested last night

Hi:

In addition to what our experts have advised you, make sure you DO NOT leave the US under any circumstances. Seek legal counsel with expertise in criminal and immigration matters.

Re: I751 waiver interview soon -- Need advice!!

I don't think its a good idea to deal with a divorced spouse. A little negative emotional trigger is enough to turn the ex into a revengeful nazi.

Re: I751 waiver interview soon -- Need advice!!

SS:

The word annulment in your post troubles me. Clarify for us. The rest of your story is usual with waivers and many of them are approved; I have seen rare denials over the years.

I suggest...
