Are you sure he will sell it, maybe just knows he can get more rent, i have rented the same flat for 9 years, and my rent has increased (of course), my landlady was so happy when i rented her shit...

If you have a property worth £400k, and you are willing to take £150k or probably less, i would think a rich Indian with clout to grease palms would snap it up, its just finding the right Indian.

All i know, tyres as most things are cheaper in the UK, i recently bought 4 new tyres and was shocked at the price, and yes i did shop around.
