does anyone know where i can purchase filters for making "roll-ups" in canada? i have tried everywhere, i am reffering to the small individual tips, not the ones that come complete with the paper...

ok thanks, that is confusing, as you say it clearly says in the guide not to apply until told to do so, i have requested an application form from the police to obtain my records, apparantly it costs...
