It has to be a certain employer. MPNP verifies if the employer is registered with WRAPA and then writes the support letter, for which you have to ask (which replaces the LMO)

if you plan on coming on IEC, which is a great way btw...do make sure you read through the different PNP options BEFORE you start your IEC in a province. Some do offer options at the moment to apply...
