From U.K. Have been living in San Diego three years but moving to Seattle in two weeks.Should add I am from Brighton originally but was in Southampton prior to moving out here.

Seattle

So after just over three years in San Diego we are moving to Seattle in two weeks time or thereabouts. Any Brits in that area at all. FYI we are mid 30's and have an almost two year old.

Just an update.
Still no news on the i140 or i485. However, hubby has managed to secure a job with the same company same kind of position so we don't have to leave. We do however have to relocate...

He has been having interviews constantly and a few are with the same company but in a different location so hoping something comes of that.

If another company employs him do they need to change...

I-140 and I-485 EAD AP all filed at the same time. They said because from UK / EU no need to wait for I-140 to be approved first. CIS service station completion goal is 4 months from filing. Only...

Yes he has applied for the ead/advance parole.

Our concern is that the I140 petition lies with his company who laid him off and has not yet been approved. It has been filed as of 10th July.

I think with most of the suburbs close to downtown it is harder to find places with pets allowed.
Rancho Bernardo and Carmel mountain have a fair few which allow big pets but unsure about furnished...

We didn't get an I94 when we entered last time from the UK and hubby didn't get one returning from his recent china visit. I think some areas have stopped doing them.
