Ha! Small world yes I know Nailsworth very well, I lived there as a kid and my Dad still does (overlooking Shortwood) Very pretty little market town. Williams Kitchen is good if you haven't already...

Yep remote area to say the least:rofl: Also nearest town has been under a state of emergency due to flooding (our propety was fine) plus it's an acreage so they do take longer.

We are :( Have an acreage for sale in rural Saskatchewan. So basically going to take forever to find a buyer.
