I was born and raised in Swindon (land of the roundabouts) so the "Magic Roundabout" was as easy to navigate as breathing for me.

Yeah read that but figured they were eligible for VWP it would alkso likely get denied. I see what you are saying that the B-2 cohab is different than the regular B-2 visa because of the cohabiting.

You do understand that the VWP is for tourists only and you are not allowed to work whilst in the US under the VWP and it is only valid for 90 days with little chance of adjusting status to pretty...

Ok first off if a person is eligible to use the VWP, then they should use that. If they choose to apply for a B2, they are likely to be rejected they can never use the VWP ever again.

Immigration issues fall under federal law and (at this moment) does not recognise same sex...
