20ft container $8,000 plus ins

Ok, just had shippers round for quote. A 20 foot container piled to the roof will cost approx $8,000 plus insurance at 3.5%.
Thought I'd post because a few have asked the question.

I came from the poorest of backgrounds. We never had a council house or benefits. We went hungry and lived in a freezing cold house (because the electricity had been cut off) until my dad found work...

If you can show that the house is negatively geared ie, rent doesn't meet the outgoings, then that might prove you're not gaining any financial income or benefit from renting out your house.

You cannot blame any government for the personal choices people make over their lives. If people choose to smoke, drink excessively, eat too much, borrow too much money and end up in debt etc, etc,...
