You apply to your chosen state at the same time as you submit the EOI with Skillselect, it is not automatic. I think the state then let Skillselect know if you have a positive outcome and are state...

From what I have read it is worth a remark for writing and speaking as they can be subjective but the other two modules are just right or wrong.

Why are people being so judgemental towards others? As it is the system (at least for the 190 visa) allows people to live anywhere in Australia. It is up to them what they do and if they choose not...
