New home owners: Non-family sale homes are taken out of the CAP program for the year following the purchase.

So when a house is sold, it overrides the CAP...

Thanks guys! Yes, in NS we are seeing a lot of properties with the tax 'capped'. BUT that only seems to apply whilst the same person owns the house, and this seems to be 'reset' when it is sold.

Also remember that if not on pay as you go that your monthly minutes allowance gets eaten by incoming as well as outgoing calls.

This company does pay as you go, credit lasts 365 days instead on...

Agree with this! Too many companies send follow up surveys to check you are happy with their service. At 50c per minute wasting my time and money he'll no!
