If you read the old thread, you'll see that we all went to the same pain.
The same question and the same inconsistency in statements.
We could't figure out why and in what order they picking...

what a story. Get rid of your MA and try to get your money back.
Try to call the CO who worked on your nomination and go from there.
You need to get an appointment with one of the ENS guys to fix...

The Lady at the counter can not grant a Visa B, she needs the approval to grant the Visa B from the ENS team.

When I went into Immo 5 weeks ago, no CO was assignet to my case.
I applied for Bridge Visa B to do a overseas business trip.
The lady at the cunter called the ENS team, because they can not grant...

It's a good feeling, fu.... waiting is over. Now we can move back into normal mode and plan the future.

finally, we got it!

I'm over the moon, got our approval 30 min ago.

Thanks to all my mates here for assistance and support.

After nearly 6 month we can stay permanently in Oz - I love it.

I work still for the same company, but my position has changed.
I don't have a MA and we applied for my future position or extended positon. They asking for recent information not for the old stuff....

They asked for the contract, payslips and the de-facto evidance.
I guess they asking for, because my 457 nom is dif. to my 856 nom.
It will takes a bit more time,....

I know you don't like guessing.
From my understanding we need to differentiate between the differnt types of ENS visa. If we talk about 856 visas there a different options and I'm sure they handle...

We'll call DIAC tomorrow. I've spoken to my employer we call togehter to get an update. Nomination was approved beginning of February.

It was funny, when we did mediacals end of last year. We got the sealed envelope by mail. I brought the envolope by person to DIAC Parramatta. The lady had a lock into my file and sad we don't need...
