ermm.....no i donmt think its luck, DIAC are not like other countries's immigration department. Aussies are very very efficient. Its something else.

I dont understand this though, i had a CO, he asked me for more information too, which i gave, I hold a high risk passport and have travelled a lot. I wonder why.

I have a 5 year valid 856 stamped on my passport. do i need another return resident visa to travel overseas? or the 856 label is sufficient?

they say 2 weeks, but in actuality 5 /6 working days for HSA to finalise and dispatch to DIAC.

It should take a few minutes after they recieve your medicals. After my CO recieved my medicals he decided within the hour. all the best. :fingerscrossed:

If you have done a good job with your file and prepared everything precisely as needed ( i did everything right apart from the medical) then you have nothing to worry about.

CO appointed 11th March 2010 ( I didnt have a clue about that and i was only infomed that i had a CO after easter 2010, previous calls were all replied "NO CO" even though i had...

I AM STUNNED, JUST BLOODY STUNNED. I EMAILED THE CO 10 MINS AGO, HE GETS BACK WITH A POSITIVE DECISION. GOD BLESS THE MAN.

My medicals are completed and submitted and the CO has recieeved them, whats next? anybody knows? 7 month now here.
