Since ACS considered your work experience and if you can provide employer reference letter mentioning your total experience, I think you can claim for the points. Don't think too much..just apply :)...

Can you please check your ASCO code,because 2311-11 is General Medical Practitioner.

1. since you scored 120 points you can apply for the visa.
2. you can't claim for 5 points....

You can courier the documents to Engineers Australia (EA). (In my case it took 5 working days to reach EA) But EA will send receipt and assessment results through normal post. You can't avoid that...

That is true. It takes longer to process applications from high risk countries. But issue is allocation of CO is delayed for HR countries. May be DIAC officers' performance is based on number of...

Yes. They review within 4-5 weeks. Actually my one completed within 1-2 weeks but due to postal delays it took about 3-4 weeks. :)

Low risk countries are Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) eligible. High risk countries are those not on the ETA list. Please check

IELTS not difficult. You can find lots of test materials in the web. Your wife needs at least average band score of 4.5 otherwise you need to pay second installment
