I have worked at Canning Vale for the past 20 months. Gosnells is probably the busiest by a narrow margin. Canning Vale is definately a lot busier now than when I started. But that may be down to...

Ah... I already had one. I had a Spouse Visa before I applied.
But having said that, most Transitionals were getting visas 4 to 6 months after being successful as the process was fast tracked.

When I went through, I completed my the recruitment process beginning of Feb and got confirmation I had been successful and a start date at the end of April.

There's no retirement date for Coppers here. You gain access to your Super at 60. You can retire then, or keep on working.
There are various calculators you can find on the Superannuation companies...

They don't seem to have put a limit on how many Transitionals they want to recruit overall, but they could end the international recruiting at any time. So anyone...
