Many students are now doing IT courses who would previously have done trade courses. It's only a matter of time before it is removed. I go for 90% chance it will be removed in the next five years.

Yes, the first year, no more than six months in each job. Then IF she has done the regional work, when her second year visa has started she can go back for another maximum of six months.

No, he isn't wrong. You can do six months on the first visa, and if you have done your three months of required work and can get the second visa then you can work for the same company for another six...

Not sure on that one. My husband had the three year ban thing. We went all over the world. We were a little worried about the USA, but all went smoothly.

If you couldn't find a sponsor in the last two years, it isn't going to be any easier when you can only work part time.
Have you looked to see if hairdresser is on any of the state sponsorship lists?
