Your credit card may have been declined due to your 18 months lapse of PR (card) so can't process your renewal in the normal way. It may have nothing to do with the credit card itself.

Worked 9am - 7pm. Support worker so we all cover 365, 24/7. On a happy note I had to use up my remaining vacation time before April 1st so took Saturday and Sunday off and Monday is my shift day off....
