forgot to mention. there are 7 midwives who have handed their notice in at Tauranga, one of which is the manageress:eek:

Midwifery is not as crap as those on here would lead you to belive.

My wife has many years experience as a midwife worked at Kings,guys,st Thomas along with agency work.

Came here 5 years ago...

The wife hates it. as you know the system over here sucks, she feels like she cant do her job in the hospital and is just left to clean up after the lmc's. She is looked down on by the maori folk...
