Staff in our local post office gave us the pack but were not sure if our mail could be forwarded internationally. It was, for a full year.

Yes, our cabin prices were quoted on a per person basis.
I don't know how old your Dd is, but our kids really enjoyed the teen and tween activities on board. Our sailing was in August during school...
