I have very bitter and bad experience with an agent (Krisko Associates) in Dubai, UAE having offices in other countries as well and unfortunate that they just lag your process a lot and at the end...

As my PASA letter ASCO has been expired before May 2010, I applied with a re-validation request to ACS. I recieved the new result letter with the same ASCO code (2231-79 -Network Security specialist)...
