if you check the vic doc, it does say 3 or 4 years experience in the area of sponsorship. The ACS are giving the pos assessment with just 2 years, but the states require alot more experience

This really depends on the content of the degree, there are electronics degrees which dont cover computer science.

from my experience, ACS did not assess junior level roles, according to your posts, its appears you started your IT carreer at 17.

cert copy of my ASCO PASA
cert copy of education cert's again
cert copy old referencess sent in the last assessment
new copy of references...
