if you check the vic doc, it does say 3 or 4 years experience in the area of sponsorship. The ACS are giving the pos assessment with just 2 years, but the states require alot more experience

This really depends on the content of the degree, there are electronics degrees which dont cover computer science.

If you are BA, the electroics degree does not match

I had worked for bank for 3 years on a it banking training program which is considred to highed degree experience, ACS didnt assess this experience, and it was not counted to my total experience

from my experience, ACS did not assess junior level roles, according to your posts, its appears you started your IT carreer at 17.

how many of your 10 years have been junior level?

I think you are getting confused, because in a wa mirgration event in August this year, they talked about raising the english level for some occupations and these would require proof

cert copy of my ASCO PASA
cert copy of education cert's again
cert copy old referencess sent in the last assessment
