I saw messages with DV I-551 being delivered whithin weeks of entry. Why don't you start worrying about it closer to the passport expiration date?

Your file is at the local BCIS office. Sometimes it is possible to call them.
From the sound of it - FP got misplaced or the FBI computer rejected them. FPs are good for 15 months.

Congratulations!

It is possible to reach Cleveland BCIS - "Call (216) 535-0530 between the hours of 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday". They are quite good when you get through.

You will get your N.C. at the ceremony. Infact, the judge will give it to you after the oath.

Managed to have a chat with some lady at Cleveland BCIS. My background check came through, the interviewing officer needs to make decision. She thinks oath date for late May or early June is possible.

Well, here is a scenario:
My vacation time adds up over years- over last 2 years I have ~6 weeks. I can also take unpaid leave or feign sickness and use up my accrued sick time.

My NOA was 12/03/2002, interview on 03/11/04, waiting for the last date.
Another Cleveland case, NOA ~12/01/2002, oath is scheduled for 04/16/2004.

Try to look for threads "cleveland N400", etc.
