I don't think you have anything to worry about. Every experience I've read and from my own experience indicates that you will get questions from the 100 questions.

According to my lawyer (I ended up paying all my owed taxes before filing) you won't have to worry about it, show that you have a payment plan and that you're current with payments.

Not true... The direction is very clear if you are between 18 and 26 years old and you are not in lawful non-immigrant status you need to register with selective service, even if you're an illegal...
