Yea that is what I need to do. I haven't worked so that's why I didnt do it. I explained on it that I didnt work so I didnt file. I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do.

It says it's not complete and applicant may be eligible for blanket waiver because vaccinations not medically appropriate.. Then I have a copy of the immunisations he was given and updated. :/...

also the link on the wiki for the I-765 doesnt work, so i looked it up on the USCIS page and it now costs $380, so that isnt free anymore :( and the I-131 now costs $445 ... :(
