I think the requirements for the K-3 and K-1 going through Casa are the same:

3 years of taxes is all they said they wanted and I talked to the consul guy personally.

But check with a K-1 er!

if you are going through MOROCCO, probally. I was told buy the consulate guy that they DO NOT look at any other source to verify your income EXCEPT those 3 years of tax returns.

From what I have read filing a K-3 does not effect the I-130 processing. They will take forever to approve it just like they are taking forever to approve everyone elses. :)
