It may take months now (which I think is unfair) to get the green card for people. They could not even travel during the "gap". Imagine the impact of an EAD expiring also and not having proof you...

I agree that UPL needs to be black and white not grey. There needs to be protection of the public AND protection from the system and lawyers themselves who may possible abuse it to shut down...

I think to both protect the public and to protect the business for lawyers. I think it can go more or less each direction depending on the judge.
