You're right - we're not USC, but we both have GCs. Tax is obviously something we'd need to seek advice on, and that could well be the crucial factor along...

That's what the husband keeps telling me guys at work are telling him. The skin gets deep fried, but the meat is juicy and tender. As long as you don't eat the skin, the meat has no more fat in it...
