I tend to use NordVPN or ExpressVPN on the Firestick.

Both work well with Channel 4 and ITV (even UKTV and Channel 5) but Iplayer is such a pain that I've largely given up on it

I'd suggest going to Apartments.com, put in the locations where you're interested and you'll get a general idea of the rental prices you're looking at

Usually on top of the Rental Price you'll pay...

I think we're in for an "interesting" 6 months due to Brexit.

If the UK looks like Remaining or taking a very Soft Brexit then I'd think the £ is going to rise . But if a Hard Brexit looks likely...
