I purchase a ticket with my avios miles in june FOR Xmas. BA. LAX-LHR return.

I called and made sure that IF I cancelled, I would get my money (taxes) back and also points...

I can get flights with my avios points to London on economy with BA.

I called and actually got hold of someone at BA and asked about flights I saw on American for Business...
