If I recall I had to answer 30 motorcycle related theory...

I applied for a m/c licence here in NJ.

Other than the bureaucracy, you have to sit a computer "multiple choice" type test, which is pretty easy although some of the correct answers here might be...

Both entered through Newark on the VWP. They were only issued a stamp in their passports. No I-94 green...
