We just had our medicals up here in Scotland. Both nurses so we needed CXR Hep B & C and HIV tests. Medical was £120, X-ray $40.40 Bloods £60.
Best to phone around the panel docs to get...

You use the ANMC assessment purely for your visa application, so as long as you have sent it, then that is fine!

Arrived 2.30 ish, met at the door - are you eating? no we said, then you can't come in with kids, so we said ok we are eating & went in.
