To be honest, I don't know. I don't get postal statements. I am sure that I have given them UK in the past, and told them that I'm in the UK (informally at least) but I def gave them an Aus address...

I suppose I don't know for sure where my Aus bank thinks I am resident - I have had no income in the account for years and I have certainly never told them I am...

Yeh i just called them back, their should be time... £60 extra (sigh, my own fault). The guy there reckons that Australia will let you in, but the airline here shouldn't let you on if you don't have...

I'm using Etihad - but the way you can do it is to give them your bags a week before you leave, and then they make sure they get it to the airport when you get there. It doesn't matter what airline...

No my nomination was done first, as my work was messing about... that was approved back in July - i waited for that to clear before i sent it in. Which i think was a mistake but you never know things...
