How long did you have to wait before the tick boxes appeared?
When I clicked continue...there was no response for more than a minute.

Exactly! That is what I also know. Was the website hacked or something? Why are there people who were able to get through today? I called immigration and they just to check today if I could get...

It opened today? But it says in the website that it'll open on the 4th of May? How can that be? I called the immigration of New Zealand and they did not know anything about the scheme opening...

That is also what I know. I also called our visa assistance representative from the New Zealand embassy here and I was advised that it will really open for application at 10 am on April 27.
