Query regarding applying for SMC on the basis of contractual Job in NZ?

Hi,

I just want to ask that can anyone apply for SMC on the basis of job that is contractual....I mean not permanent? As I have searched for everywhere on operations manual and didnt find any such...

You mean that if someone gets a skilled job and then apply for PR directly, there is no specific level of salary for his/her PR to meet the criterion of that?

Yes that was not official but I think somewhat logical. When they will check ur documents they may ask U for that.

They will ask you to re-take your IELTS. You should have atleast 6 months validity for your IELTS score to be counted for after you submit your documents of ITA.

You wont be rejected on the basis of that unless you look so different as compared to passport pic & police certificate pic. But better to use without glasses. You may give the new pic to the Police...

My SFV-2011 has approved today by the grace of Almighty GOD. I got email of status changed little while ago. It took 15 days for approval. (All is well that ends well ;))

So, we have to wait for some time more. 14 days is the general time period for Dubai Branch to say anything final. So, pray to GOD & just wait.
