If I am understanding this correctly, Denise is the USC and has been divorced. In the US, the divorce decree is not awarded in two parts as in the UK (Nisi and Absolute) but simply in one document...

From what I understand the CAB in the UK is great if you have an issue like what to do about your neighbor's fence possibly encroaching on your property, but I can say from personal experience...

I adore Eddie Izzard. Saw him in Chicago last year and he stood in the pouring rain afterward to answer questions from people hanging out around his bus. (The group I was with kinda stalked him) :)...
