Hello,

Does anybody now how long will it take to get a green card in mail?

My parents just came to the USA, fingerprints and envelopes were collected at POE.

A person on the phone told that he has L3 visa.
He works in USA, and he is from Australia. I thought he should have L visa.

Thank you! It was helpful. The interview letter is asking for my parents docs only, nothing from the petitioner. I guess I submitted everything. I was not sure if I have to give my parents my portion...

I, USA citizen, submitted all my docs. Do they need to bring copies of my docs, my tax return, my bank...

The case are in Russia, and the interview was scheduled in USA Embassy in Russia. I guess they should go to the consulate and try to reschedule.
Since my father has a good job for another 7 months,...

Hello,

I am sponsoring my parents with an interview place to be outside of USA.
If I do not submit all docs to NSC, then will they send whatever they have to the USA consulate or they will close...
