House rented, passport arrived and flights booked

I just couldnt wait to post this to say we are finally out of here:D:p:eek::thumbsup:

I never thought I would be making this post but reading some other peoples leaving posts always gave me hope....

Well my sons passport arrived today, the day after it was printed, luckily I was outside and spotted the aus air express courier van.

I have been in touch with my C/s and they hadnt contacted him yet, but I am going to ring the passport line today to see if there is any more joy.

I have just spoken to the $9.70 guy and he said they cannot rush through applications and it will be 25 days from the date of the money being debited I have explained to him we are due to travel on...

Its exactly the same on the Gold Coast you can pay $200 for your family meal and have to go across the street to public toilets. Some dont even have seats but they all have those little needle...
