Thanks to the very helpful lady at Emaar who offered a reduced payment plan for the LL and the LL is paying it now inshallah. I

I remember all this shit years ago with palm residents being denied access to the beach because landlords hadn’t paid fees. I assumed this was now finished and relegated to history.
