Social Security tells me that in my case, whether voluntary payments were excluded or included, my WEP amount is the same. Online calculator was accurate.

Yes, I did this a few years back. The more info you provide the easier it is for them to trace you. If you're working here in US you should be eligible for Class 2 payments.
