Re: What does 'Property is in land titles' mean?

Well Fledermaus I got a bit fed up with things. At the time there was a load of sniping and griping and snarky remarks on the board. Thought I'd have a break for a while. I lurked around...

Re: What does 'Property is in land titles' mean?

Re: UK deaths

My Mom died recently. She was 94. She had about 10,000 pounds in the bank. No property. She had been in a care home for 18 months before she died.

It appeared to me from something on the...

Re: Question for the dog people

He likes the dog.

He doesn't like not being able to leave the house without the dog howling.

He lives in a duplex.

If he leaves the dog howling, it will annoy his neighbours.

End of story!

Re: Question for the dog people

I am going to try that next. I've taken everything dangerous, toilet bowl cleaner etc. etc out of the cabinet in the downstairs bathroom and I am going to try using the dog gate to shut him in there...

Re: Question for the dog people

I went out in the garden!! I was gone maybe 5-7 minutes. He's only three months old - I doubt he could eat a table in 5 minutes. I wouldn't leave him alone in my house and go away. Even my little...

Question for the dog people

So, my son got this goldendoodle puppy on August 1st. I think I mentioned that he got Parvo on August 5th, but he has been over that for three weeks now. He just will not stay quiet in his...

Re: Home Reno Tax credit, Does it exist or not?

What ticks me off is that we spend (waste) - I forget - perhaps $300 million dollars to allow those total idiots in Ottawa to have the fourth election in five years and it seems there ain't much we...

Re: Ladiiiieeees & Gentlemen...a drum roll please

I thought you must have gone all out with the reno thing and were adding another floor to your house or something - maybe doing the work yourself perhaps!! Good to see you back.

Re: Has anyone bought a puppy in US and brought it back to Canada?

Some years ago I bought a Blue Merle Rough Collie from the States. The puppy was shipped from Virginia and got here on a Friday. When I went to pick her up, apparently the papers that had been in a...

Re: Property Title and Financing

Well you seem to have it sorted. In Saskatchewan, and presumably Alberta too, the name(s) on the title and the name(s) on the mortgage have to be the same.

Ummm, I guess I won't comment on your question!

All I will mention is that time after time after time on here, there are posts from people complaining about their mother/father/sister/brother --...

Re: Strange relatives!

I came here to whine about it -- no other reason. I don't care what you say, visiting should be something that is reciprocated. I shouldn't be the one to keep forking out money. Previous trips...

Re: Eurostar from london - paris?

The journey in the basic seats is more interesting if you are sitting behind a couple having a big row about kids (his, hers and theirs) and stuff like that and the wife ends up crying!!

Re: ACDC concert in Edmonton

Actually I don't mind some of ACDC. Who Made Who - what's wrong with that??

The stuff I really hate is those black guys reciting (I can't imagine anyone would call it "singing") obscenities to some...
