I was accepted on 20th August and got my written offer through about 10 days later, signed copy and immigration paperwork has to be back on Calgaryby 24th October and I have until 22 August...

They suspended international recruitment in April, anybody with applications in before 1st April was able to continue with the process. Until it says otherwise on the website, international...
