when to start applying?

I have been looking on WA government for jobs and seen one in a 'pool' which they may take applications from until 2015.

Deadline date is 24th April 2013 to put in a CV.

Im not looking to move...

Typical, I had to send across another reference letter and was waiting on my uni transcripts, then it was passed up to a manager, so hopefully they not asking for too much from you :-)

Hi I posted my application about mid October 2012 and heard back about end November, as them taking the fees and had received my application.

Remember it takes about a week to get there... so factor...

Just thought I would update...... I emailed ANMAC for advice as AHPRA said they couldn't send my documents to ANMAC.

ANMAC advised either to complete a full skills assessment, including doing all...

Hi, Im still at the beginning of my research but I have got my AHPRA first and now looking at skills assessment (ANMAC) for the 189 visa.

If you are after sponsorship then just need your AHPRA then...

So... if I was to go for 189 visa, then i need to go through ANMAC for skills assessment - is this before or after getting a job offer?? Do you need to go through ANMAC before doing a E.O.I.?

Finally got an acceptance email from AHPRA with 12 months to present in person and collect my pin number :blink:;

I was initially looking at the 457 visa as this seemed to bypass the extra...

Just an update - got an email from a case manager on 19/12/2012 saying they couldn't get payment (my card was cancelled after I lost my purse) so I emailed her back with new card details then...

Classification level??

Hi,

Just checking if a level 2 nurse classification level is the same as band 6 in the UK??

Anyone got info on how the UK and Australia compare in regards to 'levels/bands' ? x :)

They have asked for another employment reference - specifically a 'current nursing/midwifery professional reference'...
